Our Returns Commitment
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
14-Day Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Contact us at petbloom072@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened pet food or treats cannot be returned unless faulty.
